Except as expressly provided in another document signed by both parties, terms of sale are those provided by the Uniform Commercial Code of the State of Arizona as in effect on the date of this sale. All terms which impose different or additional risks or obligations on seller are expressly rejected. Transactions between the parties may be subject to reporting under 42 CFR 1001.
