    How do I order?
    Visit the GORE PROCEL® Cast Liner ordering page.

    When will my order be shipped?
    On-line orders entered on business days before 5 pm, Central Standard Time, are shipped the same day. On-line orders entered after 5 pm, Central Standard Time, or on non-business days, will ship the next business day.

    What are my shipping costs?
    We offer free shipping for second day delivery. There is a $20.00 fee for next day 10:30 am delivery. 10:30 am delivery guarantee subject to delivery availability in your area. All applicable sales taxes will be applied to each order.

    Do you ship to PO boxes?
    No.

    How do I pay for my order?
    On-line orders can be paid for by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). A 12% discount will be applied to on-line orders. This discount is not available with phone orders. Credit card orders are billed when your order ships.

    How do I change or cancel an existing order?
    To change or cancel an existing order, contact Gore Customer Service at 866-WET-CAST (866-938-2278) (7 am - 6 pm Monday through Friday Central Time). Canceling items or changing orders may affect your shipping cost.

    Do you accept returns?
    To return an item, contact Gore Customer Service at 866-WET-CAST (866-938-2278) (7 am - 6 pm Monday through Friday Central Time).

    Can I order from outside the U.S.?
    No. Patients outside the United States should ask their attending physician about GORE PROCEL® Cast Liner.

    Do I receive an order confirmation?
    You will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided during your order placement.
