Note to Patients:
If you are currently wearing a cast and you wish to have GORE PROCEL® Cast Liner, you will need to have your cast replaced by your physician.

Indications:
GORE PROCEL® Cast Liner is designed for use in general orthopedic applications where padding is required for rigid external immobilization. This includes: stabilization of fractures, sprains, strains; splinting or bracing; orthotic-prosthetic devices and serial casting.

Synthetic or cotton padding and stockinette are NOT to be used with GORE PROCEL® Cast Liner.

GORE PROCEL® Cast Liner is not sterile and should not be used over open wounds or abraded, broken or otherwise compromised skin.

GORE PROCEL® Cast Liner is less resistant to cut through than synthetic or cotton padding. Therefore, it is important to use a "light hand" with the cast saw. GORE PROCEL® Cast Liner Cast Removal Tools are available to aid in cast removal.
